About vinyl banners

Materials

Three materials, each printed in full colour on one side, and every banner hemmed on all four sides with grommets every 2 to 3 feet all around: gloss vinyl and matte vinyl, both 13 oz, and an 8 oz polyester mesh whose open weave lets the wind through, for a fence or a scaffold where a solid banner would catch it.

Sizes

24 sizes, from 12 x 36 inches to 60 x 72; gloss and matte vinyl are made in all of them, the mesh in ten, from 12 x 60 to 48 x 72. A 24 x 72 banner, two feet by six, is the usual size for a shop front or a market stall, and 12 x 36 for the front of a table; the larger sizes are for a fence, a wall or a stage. Each size opens in the editor on templates drawn for it.

Your file

Design it in the editor and the print file is made for you, at the banner's full size with the extra edge the cut needs: a sixteenth of an inch. Keep words an inch and a half inside the edge, clear of the hems and the grommets. To use your own artwork, upload an image (PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF or SVG, up to 12 MB) and place it; a PDF is not taken. Before you pay, the print check tells you if a picture is too small to print sharply at that size, or if any words are too small to read from a distance.

How long it takes

Printing takes 2 to 5 business days, by material: 4 to 5 on gloss and matte vinyl, 2 to 4 on mesh. Delivery comes after that; the Shipping page has the times.

Questions

How is it hung?
Every banner is hemmed on all four sides, with grommets every 2 to 3 feet all around for cord, cable ties or hooks.
Which material should I choose?
Gloss vinyl for a shiny face, matte vinyl where light would glare off a shiny one, and mesh for a fence or anywhere the wind would catch a solid banner.
Is it printed on both sides?
No. The front is printed in full colour; the back is the plain material.
Can I order just one?
Yes. Banners are sold from one, and in runs of 2, 5 and 10.
What can I upload?
An image file from your phone or computer (PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF or SVG, up to 12 MB): a logo, a photo or a finished design. You place it in the editor and can add words and shapes around it.
How long do they take?
Printing takes 4 to 5 business days on vinyl and 2 to 4 on mesh; delivery comes after that, and the Shipping page has the times.
