Materials
Gloss card has a coated surface with a shine: Glossy at 14pt and 16pt, and a lighter Gloss 100lb Cover. UV gloss is a gloss card with a clear coat on top for more shine, at 14pt and 16pt, and Gloss UV 14pt. Matte 14pt has a smooth coated surface with no shine, and Matte laminated 16pt is a heavier card under a matte film. Uncoated 14pt and Uncoated recycled 13pt have no coating. Every paper is printed on the front or on both sides.
Sizes
4 x 9 in is the usual rack-card size: it stands in a brochure rack and slips into a #10 envelope. 3.5 x 8.5 in is a little narrower and shorter, and fits the same envelope. Every paper is made in both sizes.
Your file
Design it in the editor and the print file is made for you, at the card's full size with the extra edge the cut needs: an eighth of an inch. Keep words an eighth of an inch inside the edge too. To use your own artwork, upload an image (PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF or SVG, up to 12 MB) and place it; a PDF is not taken. Before you pay, the print check tells you if a picture is too small to print sharply, or if any words are smaller than the press can hold.

- What is the smallest order?
- 50 cards on every paper but Matte 14pt, which starts at 100. Runs are 50, 100, 250, 500 or 1,000.
- Will they fit a brochure rack?
- Yes. 4 x 9 in is the usual rack-card size, and both sizes slip into a #10 envelope.
- Can I print on both sides?
- Yes. Every paper is made printed on one side or on both, and the page shows what the second side adds before you choose it.
- What is the difference between gloss, UV gloss, matte and uncoated?
- Gloss card has a coated surface with a shine, and UV gloss adds a clear coat for more. Matte is coated with no shine, and a matte laminated card adds a matte film. Uncoated card has no coating.
- Can I see the card before it prints?
- Yes. Before it goes in the cart you see each side as it will print and confirm it, and the editor exports a PDF of your design.
