Name: Mugs
Brand: Print My Design
Availability: InStock

Question 1

Is there a minimum order?

Accepted Answer

No. Mugs are sold by the mug, from one.

Question 2

Does the background colour print?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The mug is white and the whole wrap is printed, so a background colour in your design is printed all the way round.

Question 3

Is it dishwasher safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The print is sublimated into the glaze, so it is dishwasher and microwave safe.

Question 4

Which size should I choose?

Accepted Answer

The 11 oz is the everyday coffee mug; the 15 oz holds more and is taller; the 20 oz is the large one. Each has its own print area, so choose the size before you design.

Question 5

Where does the handle go?

Accepted Answer

At the seam, where the two ends of the wrap meet. Held in the right hand, the left half of the design faces the people across the table.

Question 6

How long does printing take?

Accepted Answer

Up to 10 business days, longer than the shop's usual 3 to 5; you agree to it before the mugs go in your cart. Delivery comes after that; the Shipping page has the times.
