Materials
4mm foam board: a light, stiff board with a foam core, printed in full colour on one side or on both. It is made for indoors, on an easel, a counter or a wall. Each board is cut square, with no grommets or holes.
Sizes
Seventeen sizes, from a 12-inch square to 36 x 48 inches. The 6-inch strips (6 x 24, 6 x 32 and 6 x 36) take one line, such as a name or a direction. 12 x 16 and 12 x 18 suit a counter or a table top; 18 x 24 and 24 x 36 an easel at an entrance, for a welcome sign or a seating plan. The squares are 12, 24 and 36 inches, and the largest board is 36 x 48. Each size opens in the editor on ten templates drawn for it.
Your file
Design it in the editor and the print file is made for you, at the board's full size with the extra edge the cut needs: a sixteenth of an inch. Keep words a quarter of an inch inside the edge. To use your own artwork, upload an image (PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF or SVG, up to 12 MB) and place it; a PDF is not taken. Before you pay, the print check tells you if a picture is too small to print sharply at that size, or if any words are too small to read from a distance.

- Can it go outside?
- No. Foam board is for indoor use. For a sign outdoors, yard signs (Coroplast) and aluminium signs are made to stand outside.
- Can it be printed on both sides?
- Yes. Every size is made printed on one side or on both, and the page shows what the second side adds before you choose it.
- Does it come with an easel or a stand?
- No. The board is cut square, with no grommets or holes; an easel or a stand is not included.
- Can I order just one?
- Yes. Foam board signs are sold from one board, and in runs of 5, 10, 50 and 100.
- What can I upload?
- An image file from your phone or computer (PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF or SVG, up to 12 MB): a logo, a photo or a finished design. You place it in the editor and can add words and shapes around it.
- How long do they take?
