About car magnets
Materials
A 30 mil vehicle magnet: a flexible magnetic sheet about three quarters of a millimetre thick, printed in full colour on its face with a gloss finish; the back is the magnet. It holds to a flat steel door or panel and comes off when the job is done. Every size is made with square corners or rounded ones.
Sizes
Ten sizes, from a 9-inch square to 24 x 24 inches. 12 x 18 is the usual size for a car door, and 12 x 24 for a van or a truck; 9 x 12 and 9 x 18 suit a smaller panel; the squares (9, 12, 18 and 24 inches) take a logo on its own. Each size opens in the editor on ten templates drawn for it.
Your file
Design it in the editor and the print file is made for you, at the magnet's full size with the extra edge the cut needs: a sixteenth of an inch. Keep words three eighths of an inch inside the edge. To use your own artwork, upload an image (PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF or SVG, up to 12 MB) and place it; a PDF is not taken. Before you pay, the print check tells you if a picture is too small to print sharply at that size, or if any words are too small to read from a distance.
How long it takes
Printing takes 4 to 5 business days. Delivery comes after that; the Shipping page has the times.

Questions
- Will it stick to my car?
- It holds to a flat steel panel. It will not hold to aluminium, fibreglass or plastic, or across a sharp bend in the door, so try a fridge magnet on the spot first.
- Can I have rounded corners?
- Yes. Every size is made with square corners or rounded ones; choose on the page.
- Is it printed on both sides?
- No. The face is printed in full colour; the back is the magnet.
- Can I order just one?
- Yes. Car magnets are sold from one, and in runs of 2, 5 and 10.
- What can I upload?
- An image file from your phone or computer (PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF or SVG, up to 12 MB): a logo, a photo or a finished design. You place it in the editor and can add words and shapes around it.
- How long do they take?
- Printing takes 4 to 5 business days; delivery comes after that, and the Shipping page has the times.
