Materials
Everyday cards: Standard Uncoated, a 350gsm card with no coating; Uncoated 14pt; Glossy 350gsm; Matte 14pt; and silk cards at 250, 300 and 350gsm, the 300 and 350gsm ones also laminated in gloss or matte on the front or on both sides, and the 350gsm one with a gloss varnish on the front. Thicker cards: Premium Matte at 400gsm, Silk Laminate at 350gsm, Matte and Glossy at 16pt and 18pt, and Ultra Thick at 32pt, UV glossy on the front and matte on the back. Cards with a feel of their own: Pearl, Linen, Natural Textured (100% post-consumer recycled), Recycled Matte, Soft Touch (a velvet lamination on both sides), Fine Grit (a smudge-resistant lamination), Kraft 17pt, Bamboo 16.5pt and Hemp-blend 17.5pt.
Sizes
3.5 x 2 in, the US card, is made on every paper except the 250gsm silk and the 300gsm silk matte laminated on the front. The square card, 2.5 x 2.5 in, is made on Uncoated 14pt and the Matte, Glossy 16pt and 18pt, Pearl, Linen, Natural Textured, Recycled Matte, Soft Touch, Kraft, Bamboo, Hemp-blend and Fine Grit cards. Three metric sizes, 90 x 50, 90 x 55 and 85 x 55 mm, are made on Standard Uncoated, Uncoated 14pt and the silk cards, each paper in some or all of them. Choose a paper and the page lists the sizes it is made in.
Your file
Design it in the editor and the print file is made for you, at the card's full size with the extra edge the cut needs: an eighth of an inch on the inch sizes, 4 mm on the millimetre sizes. Keep words that far inside the edge too. To use your own artwork, upload an image (PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF or SVG, up to 12 MB) and place it; a PDF is not taken. Before you pay, the print check tells you if a picture is too small to print sharply, or if any words are smaller than the press can hold.

- Can I print on one side only?
- Yes, on Uncoated 14pt and the Matte, Glossy 16pt and 18pt, Pearl, Linen, Natural Textured, Recycled Matte, Soft Touch, Kraft, Bamboo, Hemp-blend, Fine Grit and Ultra Thick cards. The silk cards, Standard Uncoated, Glossy 350gsm, Premium Matte and Silk Laminate are printed on both sides.
- Can the corners be rounded?
- Yes, on Uncoated 14pt and the Matte, Glossy 16pt and 18pt, Pearl, Linen, Natural Textured, Recycled Matte, Soft Touch, Kraft, Bamboo, Hemp-blend and Fine Grit cards at 3.5 x 2 in, and on the square card except Matte 16pt and 18pt, Glossy 18pt, Bamboo and Hemp-blend. The other cards are cut square.
- Is there foil?
- Yes: foil on Glossy 16pt, Matte 14pt and Matte 16pt, and raised gloss on Matte 14pt and Matte 16pt, on the 3.5 x 2 in card. Foil cards start at 100.
- What is the smallest order?
- 50 cards, except foil cards, which start at 100.
- Can I see the card before it prints?
- Yes. Before it goes in the cart you see each side as it will print and confirm it, and the editor exports a PDF of your design.
