About aluminum signs
Materials
White aluminium composite, 3mm thick: a rigid panel with aluminium faces over a solid core, printed in full colour on the front with a gloss finish. The back is not printed. Every sign is made with square corners or rounded ones, and without drill holes.
Sizes
Nineteen sizes, from a 6-inch square to 24 x 36 inches. The small squares (6, 8 and 12 inches) suit a door or a gate post; 6 x 24 and 8 x 24 take one line, such as a name or a direction; 12 x 18 and 18 x 24 are the usual sizes for a parking or property sign; the largest is 24 x 36. Each size opens in the editor on ten templates drawn for it.
Your file
Design it in the editor and the print file is made for you, at the sign's full size with the extra edge the cut needs: a sixteenth of an inch. Keep words half an inch inside the edge. To use your own artwork, upload an image (PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF or SVG, up to 12 MB) and place it; a PDF is not taken. Before you pay, the print check tells you if a picture is too small to print sharply at that size, or if any words are too small to read from a distance.

- No. The front is printed in full colour; the back is not printed.
- Can I order just one?
- Yes. Aluminium signs are sold from one sign, and in runs of 2, 5, 10 and 20.
